GPU backplate
Hello recently I ordered this GPU https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487265. I found out later that it does not have a back plate, and I wanted to buy one because it feels uncomfortable holding it without the plate. I just need to find a backplate for that GPU. Also is it difficult to put it on, and is all the evga 1070 backplate the same size?

If the gpu doesn't come with one out of the box, then there will never be official one.
Backplate is mostly just visual thing, and in situations where it's also used as cooling method, it isn't any better than not having it.

You can't buy official backplates separately. And all the custom backplates are usually acrylic and hinder the cooling of the backside.

Backplate is mostly just visual thing, and in situations where it's also used as cooling method, it isn't any better than not having it.

Could just cancel the order or return it. If you return to Newegg, the product must be un-opened in order to avoid their 15% restocking fee.

I'd strongly take a look at the EVGA iCX models instead.
The Gaming and SC are the poorest models from them, best to avoid those.
