Is my motherboard compatible with a i5-8400 cpu?
I have a LENOVO 90H70048MW motherboard.
Is it compatbile with a i5-8400 cpu?

It has a 7000-series CPU right?

Then no, the Intel 8000-series chips requires a 300 series motherboard with the 1151v2 socket. Your current board has a 100 or 200 series chipset and a 1151 socket.

It will fit but not work. The layout of the socket is different and the chipset is incompatible.
