Turtle Beach's Recon 200

I picked up a pair of Turtle Beach's Recon 200, and I've been having a lot of problems with them.

A.) The only time that sound comes through the speakers is when the microphone attached to the headset is enabled.
B.) When I try talking to my friends over discord, my microphone doesn't work and they can't hear anything I say.
C.) When ever they're unplugged from my computer, they make a deafening noise.

Is there anyway that I can fix these issues? Every time I look something up on google about the headphones, it just gives me reviews that don't relate to what I'm looking for.

I fixed problem B.
For anyone looking to solve it, go to the control panel.
Click "Show Large Icons"
Pressing Audio.
Click Microphone, then set the microphone you want to use as your default.

I had the same exact prob B. Went into settings on discord and clicked reset settings and it is now working. none of the settings changed but it works!

Lad, I made this post 3 years ago. Your best bet is to just buy a new headset.
