Worried about it breaking never had a case with glass. Just worried about transporting it sorry :(
They're really not that fragile. From personal experience I would worry more about an acrylic paneled case, I've had three and they're a lot more fragile than tempered glass.
true. espacially acrylic glass liek to scratch in no time. Tempered glass is really solid, means that you still shouldnt drop a hammer on it, but breaking it even when transporting is really hard. If you break it, you would proberly had heavly dent into a metal plate aswell.
car windows are made out of temepred glass, and ehre is a good video about temepred glass in pc cases (unlike in the video the Lian Li does not have hoels in it which makes it even stronger)

Oh ok didnt know that,I feel dumb now lol
At least you asked. A truly dumb person would've just assumed :)
It's kind of ironic, but tempered glass is actually one of the strongest materials you find in modern cases. Besides a strong internal skeleton most cases are pretty fragile.
I have an EVGA DG-87, and despite weighing more than a third my bodyweight(21KGs - I'm only 51 KGs) it's still a very fragile thing. It has and acryllic side panel, plastic grilles and very thin sheet metal. Even the metal is less impact-resistant than tempered glass. It's core frame is overbuilt and very strong, but everything else rattles and feels strong as tin foil.

its ok :)
Here is the system,I know I know its a little overboard lol but its what I would like to do. I did try and find a 2080 Ti but every where I seem to go they are out of stock :( maybe down the road ill get one.
Im not sure how good the sound is on that motherboard so I may or may not drop the sound card plus I wanted 7.1 sound this time. that sound card I picked has 7.1 sound.
I also like that case what yas think?
On the memory should I go higher than 3000 like maybe 3200 I ask cause I don't like the fact that the CAS goes higher I always thought the lower the CAS the better.
My future new system[pcpartpicker.com]
Curious I know I could down the price on the new system but I am trying to keep everything coming from 1 place and not 20 different places lol, anychance you guys might help me figure that part out lol. I like Amazon and I do have amazon prime so I do get 2 day shipping on alot of stuff.
Pretty crap sound card for the price.
Pro ssd will be slower for you as you don't do content creation. You paying noticably more for advantages that you can't use.
Why ouch a 400$ instead of a 129$ case that in your case will perform even worse as you don't custom loop?
Higher CAS is not just a problem. Basically it's frequency through CAS.
You have no advantage of windows 10 pro over home - you won't be able to use more then 128GB RAM in the first place.
Also way to expensive PSU, there cheaper PSU's with same or better quality. Also you won't need more then a 650W PSU.
You could easily save a grand on that build without actually loosing performance for gaming.
Do you know if the MB has 7.1 sound I can't seem to find that info unless im blind lol.
I really like the Case, should I go back to the AIR that I had in there before? pcpartpicker is saying the AIR case is a full tower which it isnt its a mid tower,I really want a full tower.
Could you recommend a Really decent full modular PSU?
I switched out some stuff.
If you want great RGB and are going with corsair fans (and presumably a commander Pro to get the most out of them), you might as well go with corsair vengeance rgb Pro sticks over the G skill trident z, while they won't sync with aura, they will with the fans in icue, and, so far, they have the best rgb effects of any RAM and use the same Samsung b-die as the dominator platinum and trident z sticks.
At this price point, hold out for a 2080ti, it's a better option than 2 2080's down the road, and if you are going to spend that much, get the evga 2080ti ftw3 ultra, it's cheaper than the strix and seems to be the best card this time round (the Asus strix was the best 1080ti last gen with evga second, they've swapped now).
As tacoshy says, you don't seem to need the Pro drives, oddly, they are slightly slower than the evo's on 'small' files, the pros get ahead on constant use and large files.
My personal psu of choice is evga's supernova G2 line up (the g3 seem to have more issues), they are reliable and well priced.
where would i get the commander pro from or does that come with the fans? check my build those are the RGB fans i plan to get for the case unless you could recommend a Decent full tower case for RGB,the AIR is a mid tower case not a full tower,PcPartpicker is reporting the case wrong.
Unless going Mid Tower is better? in the past I was told a full tower is best because it can breathe better?
The power supply I picked is that is good one? always thought EVGA had good PSU's
is 250gig enough for windows 10 Home for booting? dont plan to put any games on the boot drive.
The commander Pro is bought separate and unlocks slot more control of the rgb fans.
My new build is in an 011 dynamic and it breathes really well and looks great, I'd take it over the air personally.
I would also go with matching fans so would replace those on the x72 with matching corsair ones, to the same end, I'd go with an h150i over the nzxt simply to sync everything up easier, plus it's cheaper.
If you are going to go with the top end board, I'd take the godlike over the Asus, it's a better board this generation at the extreme end of things, though, for me, I put my 9900k on the maximus xi code.
I went with the maximus xi code and the fans I picked it comes with the Node Pro would that be the mini version of the Commander Pro? The fans are called Corsair - LL120RGB LED 3 pack comes with Node Pro.
not sure if i mentioned this but the 860 Evo 2tb i picked is for games did i pick a good SSD for that?
