Gaming desktop RTS Focused
Gaming desktop, have 1,200-1,500 USD,dont need a monitor as i can handle using my TV for the time being.Id like to get high settings and 50+ fps with massive battles going on. I dont play anything much other than RTS games.Stellaris being one i recently got into.

I would be willing to give somone 5-10 USD via paypal to help be part list a build on a budget of 1500$

And really do not want to have to upgrade soon as a new RTS game comes out lol.and also any advice in this field is taken with much apreciation as im learning.

I just dont want to not soend enough and waste my money,or spend to much and overkill when not needed.

I'd personally say it's dependent on the games you're currently playing, and what you could possibly be playing in the future. An overkill system for a game is much better than an underperforming system rendering a game not enjoyable. There's always the option of upgrading a desktop in the future, so I'd bare that in mind as well. With that amount of currency available to spend, take a look into the games you're playing and interested in - the recommended specifications, and then I'd hunt around various places for the best deals. In the past, when purchasing an upgrade component, I searched that very component across a multitude of sources to see if it's available elsewhere for a deal. RTS games are typically easier to run on more lower-end systems from my personal experience, so if you're truly wanting to save some of your savings, I'd make sure to just do some lengthy searching.

What is it im looking for in a pc's specs to have a lot onscreen at once with decent graphics and Framerate.
Would that be the gpu and the graphivs card?

To get good fps in real time, the experience is less likely to be bad if you're using a good display.

A 9700k is the right choice. Only the 9900k is slightly faster in gaming. Don't be tempted to buy anything less if you want 50 fps in massive battles.

Stellaris is single-threaded. So the cpu that you need is one from near the top of this list. The closer to the top of this list the better the performance will be.

The rtx2060 and 2070 are close in performance, about 10% different. But the better the gpu the better it will be at graphics, and the longer it will stay current. Gpus are the component that date the fastest due to the increasing level of pc graphics. This isn't so important for rts games now, except maybe for scrolling and zooming, but one day it might be. Upgrading gpus can be expensive. So spend a bit more if the price difference between models isn't high.
