Dell Bloatware

I just got a Dell Inspiron 3000 with a A9 9425 cpu. I noticed the cpu usage was around 90% always and i thought all that dell bloatware was the cause. What bloatware is safe to delete?

You can't delete it. It will come back.

The only fix is a clean version of windows using the OEM key.

And before all you keyboard warriors come on here to say I'm full of it, try it. See what comes back even if you delete everything. This is exactly why prebuilts are a joke. They should pay the consumer to use them. Why do you think winblows gives them 100,000,000 keys for free?

just run > msconfig and stop the stuff from loading on startup.

Everytime i open task manager is shows 90% cpu usage then goes down to like 10%. Is this normal?

win 10? yes its normal for weaker older gen cpus

Hmm...

You have to uninstall the Dell diagnostics software and all of that jazz. I have all the bloatware on my HP laptop removed and it has been that way since the day I bought it. Bloatware doesn’t come back if you uninstall it properly.
