How to setup samsung pay on galaxy watch?
It doesnt even appear to be installed on the watch and its not in the galaxy store.

Basically go on your Samsung Android Phone first, download Samsung Pay from Google Play Store and set that all up, once everything is ready to go, sync it to the Galaxy Watch. You have to use your Phone/Tablet to setup these more complex apps, you can't do that directly on the Watch.

Ok i figured it out, this model came from new Zealand and their firmware doesnt support samsung pay :(

Couldnt be bothered i can live without it so im good. Maybe if i somehow got the Australian firmware installed on the watch it would work - a future project.
