Bottleneck on i5 7600 and gtx 1070 8gb?
I'm going to update the pc and I'm looking at the second-hand market that there are very good options at a very good price, compared to what is new that is through the roof.
I wanted to know if an i5 7600 would make a gtx 1070 8gb bottleneck?

No and yes, more and more recent games will peg the 7600 at %100 usage, so you're back to depends which game.
