dota 2 lag when run laptop through monitor
Hi Guys,

Basically I normally play Dota2 on my laptop, using my laptop screen(1366x768). but when i connect to monitor 22inch resolution (1920x1080) through HDMI and i got lag event i play on solo lobby,

So I'd really appreciate your advice on how to resolve this issue (if possible). Thanks

You are running the game at a higher resolution which means the GPU has to render more pixels.

Your laptop does not have the processing power to game at 1080p, it's as simple as that.

If you just want bigger screen. just set your game resolution back to 1366x768 with fullscreen mode.

You can lower the game resolution back to 1366x768 or something in that direction like Nubi suggested.
