Blinking underscore when i tried to boot into usb windows installion

I just went to cyber cafe for the third time now to make a new windows 10 usb so i went home and tried 2 usb that i just burned the iso and i cant boot into it.just blinking underscore,i already test the pendrive and it work perfectly there but at n home just wont boot

What is the Laptop or Desktop Motherboard you are using?
Did you set the External/USB as #1 boot device in the BIOS?

yes.but this time without selecting boot devices and just set boot priority on removeable dev it just said an operating system wasnt found.try disconnecting any drives that dont contain an operating system.i think it just skipped the usb and i have 2 hard drive inside and both of them is empty

Did you use the Media Creation Tool to create the USB? If so you may have to download the ISO to a file, then use the Rufus utility to create a UEFI bootable USB - the creation tool seems to only want to create legacy USB boot using MBR partition on NTFS filesystem when your UEFI boot requires a GPT partition on FAT32 filesystem.

i use rufus and windows 10 assistant and still same result from both usb drives and im trying yumi multiboot tool...i use old motherboard from 2009-2010

i tried yumi multiboot and now it said no operating system
