Pc shutdown/crash while installing windows 10

My windows 10 corrupted and i cant boot windows 10 so i tried to install fresh windows 10 with my pendrive but it said the pendrive was corrupted so i use my windows 7 pendrive and same problem happend,it got corrupted so i went to cyber cafe to reburn both pendrive and another problem happend my pc shutdown while installing windows,i reinstalled again and i got blue screen of death.i dont really remeber what it said but i remember the first one has something with nonpaged area and second bsod is kernel mode trap

Flash drive could be dead.

If using another flash drive doesn't work you should check the RAM with Memtest86.

I have 2 sticks of ram but with diferrent speed,i think the faster speed ram should underclock to match the slower one

You have faulty ram or incompatible RAM; never mix different ram, period, ever.
Ditch the slowest ram if the faster one is capable of running the faster speed in your motherboard. Then go into bios and enable xmp.

Its not a good idea to mix different memory. There is a small chance that they would use the same settings
