Would the new surface go be able to game?
Will it be able to play modern games like Rainbow Six, Fortnite, and Club penguin island?

specs:
CPU: Intel Pentium Gold 4415Y
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 615.
RAM: 4GB

You mean the Microsoft Surface book?

That $1500, ultra-thin piece of crap with a 1tb SSD?

Sure it should run esports titles.

It won't run anything modern. Not Fortnite, certainly not Rainbow Six.

it might start them but your not gonna get a good experiance at all

It's a good chance to be able to 'run' those titles. But playing them competitively which certainly requires a very high frame rate output? Then don't bother.

Not even then. Pentium Golds are... very low powered CPUs.

Not sure how you expect to play R6 Siege, Fortnite or the likes 'not competitively' as these are designed specifically for PvP eSports, but yea you already have your answer.

Put simply, you're nowhere near meeting system requirements. You have half the RAM you need, and the CPU and iGPU are nowhere near up to spec.

The Intel HD/UHD 600 series are terrible for gaming.

Especially the HD615. It's a midget, even compared to the already woefully underpowered HD630
