The drivers for your Nvidia card are bricked.

Download DDU and use it to remove the Nvidia driver while Windows is booted in to safe mode. Then install the latest driver for you GPU.

as Omega said your drivers are borked. wipe them and download new ones direct from Nvidia.

Time for some new Graphics Drivers.

Get rid of them with DDU https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1174

And get new ones direct from Nvidia http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

Hello everyone I just used DDU to uninstall my old drivers and did a clean install for the latest drivers (only the drivers, no PhysX, etc.) and the crashing is still present...
