It's probably a faulty contact in one of the MX Switches. You could replace the switch and hope that fixes it, but that would void your warranty and leave you without remedy if it doesn't work out. MX switches cost $50 a set and you'd have to install it yourself, which is a very fiddly process. Given it's a new keyboard, I'd recommend taking it back to the store and asking for a refund then picking up a more reliable and trustworthy alternative.
And for that I'd recommend a Ducky or Filco. From a purely practical standpoint they're unbeatable, they're the best performing keyboards you can buy, with the best materials and the best build quality. The only downside is aesthetics, Filco have a very paired-back and grown up look that may not appeal. Ducky offer RGB, but again it's a paired-back and minimalist aesthetic and you may want something more adventurous.
