What is the resolution of each monitor? But this will still only allow to reach 60Hz but it depends on what resolution you are running.

do all your monitors have the capability of going above 60hz? Also, consider Radeon VIIs, they're about 75%+ of the performance of a 2080TI and cost about $600 less. If you really want to spend the $1100 or so you can get two of them and stomp a 2080TI for the same price.
2070S is cheaper than the VII and has more performance.
