whats a capture card ?

OP. what they haven't told you is that the next generation of cpus and gpus are due soon.

Nvidia has already demonstrated the new rtx2xxx gpus. They can be ordered from nvidia now. But real performance is as yet unknown.

Intel is likely to announce the 9xxx series of cpus on October 1. The 8700k is being replaced by the 9700k and a new i9, the 9900k, is being released.

why should we. All thsoe new RTX cards are pretty much otside of his budget in europe. well I can recommend him to get a 1259€ RTX card on a 1500€ budget but that wont help him desptie the fact that first leaks of performance doesnt show a huge gaming improvement despite Raytracing. Also the 8th Gen is already way more expensive then the AMD route for performance you not use. The limiting factor is the GPU. So wy wait for 9th Gen Intel that not going to make the difference but overshoots its budget so you have to skimp on the GPU?

wouldnt go with asrock despite the taichi personally. But I also dont trust asrock even tho they got better. A not long time ago they had a very high failure rate. Customers brought around 1/5-1/6th of the PC back with brocken asrock motherboards. Mostly with PCI-E slots that broke off the motherboard because the couldnt handle the weight of GPU's. but to awnser a capture card question:
Its a card that is connected via HDMI or DP between GPU and your monitor. It captures the video signal and renders a stream with it and leads it via USB to a PC of your choise. a weak secondary PC or the main PC which then drastically reduce the CPU load on your gaming PC.

Why? Because it's disingenuous. Simple as that.

At some point you have to commit and build a system. Ryzen 7 is perfect for their needs. And it's available right now. Better yet it's easily upgradable, if OP buys a good motherboard they can fit a newer-gen Ryzen with a BIOS update in a couple of years as needed.

There's always new tech on the horizon. But we have to build with what's available today.

The 1522 pc build with the 1080 right or a btter monitor ? Well this https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/dw9xxG seems like a decent setup, and if im not planning on getting a new monitor soon will it be worth it to go from 1070 to 1080.Also I was thinking of just adding a stronger CPU ( AMD ryzen 7 2700x) and a btter motherboard on this setup https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/dw9xxG

actually the build you wanna use not is much worse. you loose your main performer the GPu for a much weaker one (more then 35-40% less). Have a NVMe SSD that only shortens your boot times by less then 3 seconds but wills crew overall gaming performenace by eating up lanes. A Bad case and bad drive setup. you wont go far with 500GB mass storage. There plenty games more then 100GB alrge on their own. So you would only be able to install 5 of those.
Agian, OP has stated a new monitor is not coming anytime so the 35% will do nothing, and NVMe drive will use the chipset lanes not the CPUs so it will not effect the GPU's lanes, even if it did you would see no difference with 16x pcie lanes or 8x lanes even with a 1080 ti.

The build looks good but the storage is a little low, do you have HDDs from your old PC to use? If not I would also get a 2tb hdd, 500gb will fill up quick.
Nuke 2018 年 9 月 4 日 上午 2:39
Yah i got an old 1 tb HDD i could use, but thats was my concern to, do i really need 2 x SSD?
this one seems more balance or https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/QDRBFt

You don't need 2 SSD, a single 500gb SSD will give you lots of room for windows install and a few open world games that benefit from an SSD.
Nuke 2018 年 9 月 4 日 上午 2:54
Should i also get a cpu fan, what are the poeple s expirence with overheating etc
i think im gona go with this config https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/QDRBFt anything else i could improve apon ? maybe another ssd fro ma diffrent manafacturer and add a cpu fan ? suggestions
