whats a capture card ?
Also why 2 SSD, wont one be fine adnd take a regualrd hdd instead of the second ssd
why should we. All thsoe new RTX cards are pretty much otside of his budget in europe. well I can recommend him to get a 1259€ RTX card on a 1500€ budget but that wont help him desptie the fact that first leaks of performance doesnt show a huge gaming improvement despite Raytracing. Also the 8th Gen is already way more expensive then the AMD route for performance you not use. The limiting factor is the GPU. So wy wait for 9th Gen Intel that not going to make the difference but overshoots its budget so you have to skimp on the GPU?
wouldnt go with asrock despite the taichi personally. But I also dont trust asrock even tho they got better. A not long time ago they had a very high failure rate. Customers brought around 1/5-1/6th of the PC back with brocken asrock motherboards. Mostly with PCI-E slots that broke off the motherboard because the couldnt handle the weight of GPU's. but to awnser a capture card question:
Its a card that is connected via HDMI or DP between GPU and your monitor. It captures the video signal and renders a stream with it and leads it via USB to a PC of your choise. a weak secondary PC or the main PC which then drastically reduce the CPU load on your gaming PC.

its a setup i assembled from various advices etc. and what do you guys think about
Why? Because it's disingenuous. Simple as that.
There's always new tech on the horizon. But we have to build with what's available today.
The build looks good but the storage is a little low, do you have HDDs from your old PC to use? If not I would also get a 2tb hdd, 500gb will fill up quick.
this one seems more balance or https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/QDRBFt
