They should be able to stick right back on.
When removing the mouse feet, don't get dust/hair stuck to them. Gently peel them off, then place them on a clean sheet of plastic material until ready to re-apply them.
Mouse feet on most mice, you should see a tiny in-dent next to each "rubber foot" where it allows you to get under it and pry it up. Do not allow them to get "hard bends" in them. Again be gentle. The sticker glue on them should easily re-stick again and properly if you don't completely screw that up.
However, please know that most mice have 1x hidden screw, under a sticker on the bottom also (Game Controllers are usually the same way).
Then undo the screws with a phillips screw-driver.
