You don't have a gpu or it just doesn't detect it?

If you don't have a GPU,tricking it would be useless because even if it thinks there is a GPU inside, there is not and you will not be able to do anything but if it just doesn't detect it,reply please.

Short answer is no. Long answer is no, and that's completely inethical - and even if it was possible, it's fraud and I wouldn't teach you how.

To collect the AMD reward you need to provide an invoice from an authorized reseller as Newegg, Caseking etc. and the Number of the GPu which exist only once per modell.

Therefor a used GPU is not able to recieve those rewards.

It wouldn't be possible until you build it.

Check the Reward terms. Just because you bought now doesn't mean you have to claim them yet. I purchased an i7-7700k November 2017 and didn't bother claiming 1 of the free games til January 2018. Even nothing reuired to claim any 'free' gift required physically scanning my hardware.

Try claiming your reward. What exactly is needed? Bunch of information you enter then likely a code to redeem on a gaming platform, Steam, Uplay etc.

In that case check the terms and conditions. There should be a claim by date. If you can't find one contact AMD to find out when it is and explain you won't have a system for it to go into til Jan 2019

insert your gpu at friend's pc.
logout from his steam.
login to your steam, 2FA
go to website and claim your freebies, add them to steam if compatible.
logout of steam.
remove your gpu from friend's pc.
thank friend.

Need to find a system to install it in then. That or return it and hope for a better deal closer to when you can actuallyuse it.

Ask friends/family. If your workplace has PC system/s you could try asking them or a computer store/repair shop. They'd probably charge but it'd be a quick install on their test bench.
Mine said it needed in December 31st but I redeemed it two months after the "expiration" date.
