Evga X58 Classified wont post(need help)
My specs-
Mobo-EVGA X58 3x Classified sli
Cpu- Intel Xeon X5675
Ram- corsair Xms3 DDR3 1333mhz 4x 2gb (8g)
Gpu- msi gtx 1070ti Titanium
Drives- 1x WD 500g SSD( boot drive) 1x WD HDD 500gb 1x WD HDD 1tb
CPU cooler- corsair H50 hydro
Psu- cooler master Masterwatt 650 80+ bronze
Case fans- x4 cooler master x3 corsair
Case- Cooler master Master Case pro5

I had the CPU oc to 4.3ghz at 1.347 v
And the ram oc to 1600mhz and the volt at 1.6 this worked just fine.
I decided to not leave it alone so I upped the ram to 2133mhz at 1.66v I save and exited it would not boot and had an FF post # i shut down the computer and pressed the reset cmos button, upon reboot it showed no post # just blank. So I shut down the computer( btw the only way at this point to shut it down is to turn off the psu) took the cmos battery out and waited my 10-20min did this 4 times still nothing. I thought maybe the ram got shot, so I put it in my other mobo evga 120-lf-e650 with a xeon x3460 no OC with a gtx 970 no oc with the same ssd and a different psu corsair cx500m booted just fine.
I also used the cx500m on the x58 board that did not work either.
My only other concussions are it's the CPU, motherboard, or maybe I somehow wiped the bios. Not sure which one If someone could help me figure out which one or give me some ideas that would be great.
Thanks,

You may have killed the memory controller on the cpu, thats a bit high ram volts for a x58 xeon, not every xeon or cpu will oc the same, where 1 did fine at 1.66v another might not, i k ow qpi voltage to far off of the ram voltage could damage the cpu imc, its been a long time since i messed with an x58.

When you did a cmos reset, did you have the system unplugged and draind the power holding the power button down, before popping the battery out. Ive seen some systems hot power for a long time.

Reseat the cpu, ive seen this fix problems in the past, if you have access to another x58 cpu, can try that to rule out the motherboard.

I had the power switch on the psu off not unplugged and I did not hold the power button down.
When you say I killed the memory controller on the CPU does that mean the CPU could possibly be messed up?
And I do not have another 1366 CPU or mother board to try

Yep, exactly that.

Is there a way to make sure it's not the mobo, replacing the CPU is going to be much cheaper than a new motherboard?

Considering the age, yes. CPU will be cheaper to get than a motherboard. Those X58 are basically impossible to find. And when you do, they cost like 200+.

But cpus you should find for well under 100.

Sorry the first line was the question the last was a statement. I got the x5675 for $30
I'll do a couple more tests maybe even try to do a bios flash but I think y'all are right and if that's the case I'll just order another cpu.
If anyone has any more ideas I'm open to hearing them.
Thanks,
