no it will not. The monitor goign to be usefull later but with a low budget liek this you shooting yourself. The iGPU has no dedicated VRAM so you need to sue your system RAM. So you will only have 6GB of your 8GB useable as 2GB will be dedicated to the iGPU by default.

Also the system is no where capable of driving 144 fps in any other games the non esport games or non demanding games. Even there, it might not achieve that all the time.

it will work, but not worth it
for desktop at 144hz it will be fine, but games it will not get anywhere near 144fps

I see, so it will still work like 60hz monitor if im not mistaken? and in the future im planning to get a GPU that will match my Ryzen 5 2400g and monitor. Any suggestion?

my first suggestion would then be not to have a Ryzen 2400G anymore as it haas certain downsides to other CPU's when it comes to gaming. The iGPU comes with cost of taking away at least 2GB of your RAM and limiting to 8 lanes. Pascal GPU's run fine for msot ppl with 8 lanes but you cant use add on cards liek wlan cards or PCI-E Sound cards that eat addition lanes.

No a 144Hz monitor will not work like 60Hz monitor even though both work exactly the same. The only difference is, that a 144Hz monitor refreshes the display all 144th of a second while a 60Hz monitor will only refresh 60th of a second. For really driving those FPS at 1080p you should get a betetr CPu liek Ryzen 2600X and a good GPU of at least 1070 if not even better for newer games.

you can set windows to run it at 60hz and it will do that
but better to keep it at 144hz
when gaming at a lower fps, it will just display duplicated frames

which causes stutter... also can cause screen tearing thats why there is FreeSync and G-Sync.

if its a consistant duplicated frames it will not appear to studder any worse than a 60hz monitor

as for tearing it will be less noticable as more complete frames will be displayed longer (if vsync is disabled or set to adaptive)

freesync will lower the monitors refresh rate to the gpus output, which is ideal in a situation like this
gsync will require a nvidia gpu

but either method will require a monitor that suports it
