I can enter my bios. That's not the problem. I need moded/unlocked BIOS, to change settings, which Lenovo has originally locked - like XMP etc.

They don't have a Z chipset, so even if you were to get "unlocked" bios, there would be no XMP. Or any other features like that. They are basically running H or B chipset. And similar restrictions apply as on desktop.
On desktop chipsets, there are XMP profiles etc. on H-series. Lenovo Y700 comes with Intel HM 170 chipset!
None of that matters; the RAM on Laptops is only going to support 2133 or 2400; that is all; so only buy those; all matching of course. XMP won't help you in that regard and you would never need that on a Laptop unless it had OverClocking capabilities or supported faster RAM via XMP; you're simply wasting your time. Update to the latest BIOS from Lenovo's official site for your exact laptop model and that's about all you need to do.
