Suggestions for a nice and not overpriced mmo gaming mouse?
So far I have my eyes on the Logitech g600, but I've seen plenty other suggested. All the razer mice just seem much too expensive. I don't know much about mice since I've never owned a gaming mouse, so I'd like any suggestions and maybe links to where they can be bought, that would be much appreciated!

Logitech are all anybody ever suggests, because they're all that many people have ever used. I personally don't like them. I've always found them uncomfortable, and I've had a string of mechanical problems with them that showed me how bad Logitech's customer support is. I wouldn't recommend them.

Try a Roccat Nyth. I know it's enormous, but it's probably the best MMO mouse you can get for that price. Roccat are really good, the Nyth is really good.

logitech has a long history of microswitch defect, I use a BenQ gaming mouse with no driver or software to install just Plug & play there are three Series to choose from https://zowie.benq.com/en/product/mouse.html

I've had my Logitech MX518 for 12 years now and even after countless rage bangs on the table and me moving house and dropping it accidentally and what have you, it's still going strong.

However, as much as I like Logitech (never had a bad experience), that thing that Wolfey posted looks absolutely amazing if you need a mouse with extra buttons. I don't own it but if I were buying an MMO-mouse, I'd go for that.

Not exactly a "MMO" mouse, but I really like the Turtle Beach Grip 500.
The 3 side buttons are quite useful for macros/hotkeys.

Another worthy contender is the Asus ROG Spatha. I know they're relatively expensive, but as the absolute-best MMO mouse on the market it deserves to be here.

Asus' Spatha is heavy, but it's beautifully made and incredibly comfortable. It's an arch-shape with a curved rise in the middle. It's a slightly odd shape, but the hump fits under the palm of your hand and after a while you'll realize it allows a very loose and relaxed grip. That costs you control, but it gives the Spatha amazing ergonomics. Even if your hands are as small as mine, or as big as a gorilla's.

It's also built like a tank. Like a lot of high-end mice the frame is solid magnesium, which gives it a low center of gravity and makes it very strong. Unlike other magnesium mice, it's also very heavy. Bizarrely heavy: I also have a MadCatz Rat ProX+ that's almost 80% Magnesium. And it's actually 40% lighter than a Spatha, despite being slightly larger. *shrug*

Think of it like a Bentley. It's not exactly agile, but it's big and comfortable and will impress your friends.

Great looking mouse, but they have an endemic fault with the Scroll Wheel sensor.

The Corsair Scimitar Pro RGB[www.amazon.com] is a bit pricey at $70 but a much better deal than Razer's offerings. One of the best features is the mechanical switch panel used in the side thumb buttons can be adjusted via a slider for the most comfortable position.

Adjustable mice are a great idea, I really hope that feature catches on and becomes mainstream.

Corsair are a great brand, I'm not too familiar with the Scimitar but I back Corsair. I often recommend their M65 FPS mouse; if they applied the same skills to the Scimitar it should be a firecracker.

And I wouldn't call $70 pricey, not after I paid $450 for my mouse :)

A rare MadCatz with a story to tell.

A few brands make luxury mice for wealthy gamers. They're usually made of metal, and have various gimmicks or unique technologies. In 2015 MadCatz created the All-Magesium Rat ProX+ to compete with the Logitech G903, Asus Spatha and SwiftPoint Z. It wasn't to be.

MadCatz closed it's doors before the year was out. And only a handful were ever built. That sent a $300 USD MSRP skyrocketing past $400. And I feel lucky to have gotten away with $450 AUD, which is actually works out below MSRP. Mine was the second-last ever sold; with that the Rat Pro and MadCatz were consigned to history.
