How to turn off GPU power monitoring?
I've read that new Nvidia drivers cause you PC to microstutter if you have power monitoring on. I've been experiencing some microstutters lately. Is there any way how to turn off the GPU power monitoring?

By turning it off from MSI Afterburner/shutting down the Afterburner. If you are not using these kinds of programs, your stutter isn't from power monitoring.
