There should be a folder called D3DOverrider. If not, I think it's available here.

Also did you try downloading RivaTuner by itself?
The one with MSI Afterburner doesn't seem to have D3DOverrider.
Plus that RT is usually slightly outdated anyways.

If installing MSI-AB, once everything installed, download RivaTuner latest version from their own site and then install it into the folder you already have the current version installed to. Which should be: "C:\Program Files (x86)\RivaTuner Statistics Server"

But ensure to exit fully out of any current MSI-AB or RT before installing a new version.
