Sound Card with Logitech Z313 2.1 speakers/Steelseries Arctis 3 headphones
Will I get an increase in sound quality with my Logitech Z313 speaker and my Steelseries Arctis 3 headphones with a Creative Sound Blaster Zx?

Compared to what? I see nothing about old/current sound card / motherboard audio...

Typically... No. Better software user interface, perhaps.
Running on Motherboard Audio? Just adjust the equalizer, bass, treble, etc.

Not worth paying $150+ for that soundcard with your speakers and headphones. If you don't have any specific problems with your audio, then I'd just keep using the onboard sound. If you upgrade to speakers or headphones in the $200+ range, then you might think about adding an external amplifier or digital to analog converter to further improve the sound.

Yea; maybe if you have the Logitech Z906 5.1 config
or some studio speakers... perhaps...
