Austin Evans did a review of that ibm keyboard. Supposedly it was one of the best keyboard ever made. Just looks kinda dull and not as sharp as today’s.

They're a writer's keyboard. For typing a novel I can't imagine anything better, but for gaming I'd rather have something more compact. And from my experience that's a Ducky Shine 6, although that's almost three times OP's budget and not a helpful suggestion.

Corsair have a great reputation, but for whatever reason every Corsair product I've owned has disappointed me. With one exception. I don't know whether that means I'm incredibly unlucky, or if they just suck. Maybe a combination of the two.

Honestly, I'd recommend a RedDragon K552 Kumara. It may be named after a type of potato, but it's no spud. It's a little basic, but it does absolutely everything you'd want it to. It's got mechanical switches, it's solidly built, it should last a few years. And it's way under budget.

Bloody Keyboards are also great, although they're tricky to find for sale. They're a relatively new player on the peripheral market, but their in-house designed LKLibra optical switches are lovely. I'd actually argue they're better than some Cherry MX switches. The hard part is finding one for sale.
