Which one is better for 768p/720p gaming?
I have i3 8100 and 8gb DDR4 Ram.I have a budget that can buy Gtx 1050 ti and Gtx 1060 3 gb.Which one is better for 768p/720p gaming?I want 60 fps at Ultra settings and I am not upgrading to 1080p anytime soon.

With both, you will be cpu limited at those resolutions.
1060 3gb will last you longer tho and will run great once you upgrade to 1080p.

768p is normally a laptop resolution. 720p is pretty much outdated.
However both will put no stress to a GTX 1050 Ti which will be cheaper. Though a GTX 1060 3GB is way stronger you can't utilize it often because of missing VRAM. Better imo is to go cheap and save the money for a real upgrade.

the i3 8100 is not that bad, its a quad core 3.6ghz cpu

for 720p the 1050ti is just fine
but go with the 1060 3g if you plan on moving to a 1080p display in the future

1080 displays are cheap and abundant, someone will give you one eventually
