Lan not working

I have just installed everything amd all the drivers, and everything worked fine. I have lan cable plugged in and lan drivers installed and internet worked perfectly until I restarted the PC. Now it says it isn't connected to internet. Running diagnosis says 2 things. 1st is "ethernet" doesn't have a valid IP configuration and 2nd one us a network cable is not properly plugged in or may be broken. I checked and it's plugged in and I'm sure it's not broken

It was just a misspell. It's supposed to say "and"

No biggie, simple mistake.
Go try re-running the driver installer for the Intel Wired LAN
Since it is already installed, the installer should provide an Uninstall/Remove option, try doing that. When it completes, re-run it once again to reinstall it. Once installed try your browser / connection again.

And please un-hook the Ethernet Cable and then plug it back in again.
The LAN port on the Motherboard should also have LEDs on it that you can see light and/or flash, ensure those are working.
