Report a translation problem
On an 8350 build I did though, it lagged, it was cause of the poor onboard realtek lan.
Installed a Gigabyte PCIE WiFi card (has Intel chipset onboard) and that ran WAY better.
There is no "video player" it plays the videos directly through HTML5, not Flash
Try temp disable all your 3rd party Chrome plugins, except for AdBlock
Then re-try a 4K video. Don't need no FPS counter, if u get screen-tearing, the video is lagging.
