Unless you have some crazy high-profile RAM it will fit just fine.

My RAM is pretty standard in height and I have close to 10mm left.

I have the Pro 4 which is very similar. (I highly recommend it over the Pro 3)

Plus you can move the fan up or down as needed anyways. It doesn't lock into a single spot.

So yea, what RAM are you using?

But yea, with a majority of RAM, shouldn't be an issue > https://linustechtips.com/main/uploads/monthly_2016_02/DewTHLK.png.126923f34292241e23fe3305cf003416.png

32GB for what?
You doing 4K / 8K video editing?
You doing 16K photoshop projects?
You plan on using RAM Disk? Cause if so, 32GB isn't really enough for that.

You'll never need 32GB anytime soon on a "gaming" PC

2x 8GB @ 3200 CAS-14 is good to get

What is the big deal about the fitting?
The heatsink doesn't get in the way, that's all there is to it really.
The fan can move up and down on a rail.

Yes it does.
The Dark Rock Pro 3 is massive in size and easily goes over your 1st RAM slot, possibly 2nd depending on board. I used a Dark Rock Pro 3 with Trident Sticks in the past and had to remove the fins from the RAM to get them under the cooler.

So if you get Sticks with fins, etc. Just make sure they're detachable.

EDIT: I guess you can move up the fan and make it work somehow but i rather have the fan in optimal position.

It does not, the fan does, which you can fully adjust.
I build for a living, trust me.
Plenty of evidence online to back this all up too.

Yeah i saw it, it's just the fan that goes over the RAM slots. But the fan covers the whole side of the heatsink. The clamp allows to adjust it higher and keep the tridents on but the you loose some airflow. I rather keep it and loose the fins.

You're not going to loose anything, the fan blows exactly where it's supposed to with RAM like RipJaws or Trident, these are not high enough to force the user to move the fan so high that the top edge of the fan exceeds to very top edge of the cooler.

Actually i was looking at the wrong Dark Rock (non Pro). The passive part of the Pro 3 goes well beyond Slot 1. A Trident with fin wouldn't fit there (Over 50mm VS 43mm clearance here)
The Ripjaws fit, so that's good. But i wouldn't wanna put the fan as high as they did.

Yea they all have different physical shape.
The non-Pro ones are much older and simply not a good idea to buy due to ram clearance issues. Cause they are wider coolers for some reason by design. Newer models make up for bulk by having the fins and pipes and all much better overall design so more and more bulk was able to be reduced from the overall cooler. And newer designed tend to have the main tower portion shift towards the rear of the motherboard (when fan facing rear) to help alleviate issues from the past of tower coolers blocking possibly RAM slots #1 or #2

Rock PRO 3 and PRO 4 don't have this issue with a majority of Boards + RAM
