Nvidia nForce 630a
So today, my teacher asked me to check if pc in our classroom has internet connection. Since pc in my school are weak (usually 2gb with 2c processors) i doubt this one has internet since there was no ethernet cable plugged in. I came and check if this pc somehow has network card in it. After pressing the button and seeing xp logo i know it wont have one certainly since i knew this pc wasnt built by our proggraming teacher. Then i started to pretend like im doing something just so o can see the specs of this beast. After seeing it i realised that this pc was really old (round 8 years judging by the cpu). It has Sempron 2800+ 480Mb RAM and nForce 630a. After checking the gpu i decided to google ot but i didnt found a lot of information. I found out that this is IGPU but nothing more about n series. What is your opinion on the n series gpu. Were they entry budget or enthusiasist gpu since i doubt all of them are IGPU

These nForce devices are motherboard chipsets. They include a very basic display adapter.

Sempron 2800+? Wow, that's, realy, really old.
That CPU is from 2005. It will struggle with even the most basic tasks.
And integrated videochips are the bottom of the barrel in terms of performance, pretty much everything else is faster.

It's called onboard video (built onto the mobo).

The semp 2800+ 1.6ghz that I still have sitting in a drawer is only a single core s754 and totally useless in todays demands, am2 dual core still can do ok for Netflix/web surfing/light games.

Ps, as far as old I've got older Duron s462 buried in the drawer of junk too.

i had an NForce chipset on my 775 socket system years ago, its a very basic Integrated system.

Doubtful even Terraria would run very well with it, support has been discontinued for years.
Even the NVIDIA x10/x20 series GPUs are beast GPUs compared to the NForce GPU.

With how old that system is its probably a security risk for the schools network.

thats the socket am2 nvidia chipset, slower than the amd chipsets for that socket
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_Nvidia_nForce_chipsets
*note how nvidia quit making chipsets after 2008

its time for a new pc

tha cpu and onboard gpu (geforce 7025/7050) are outdated for modern games, even windows aero

a new cpu/gpu with igp will run circles around the athlon and gf70xx

keep in mind its a School PC, not a personal one.

Good times, still have a couple of those running linux - they are great for what they are, I only use them these days for a file server, HTPC (still good as a 1080p streamer), dedicated gaming server w/ steamcmd, a web server LAMP stack if you're a coder...

If your school supports Cloudready[www.neverware.com] it is quite cheap and will at least run on a single core sempron and 2gb ram (check out the requirements[guide.neverware.com])
