Cooler Master 120mm rgb fan not working
Hello

A few weeks ago, i installed an io liquid cooler which was from cooler master and came with an rgb fan. The exact model of the cooler is the Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120L RGB Liquid Cooler. The cooler works fine but the fan dosent seem to work. It light ups but just dosent work. I'll list my pc specs down below for reference

. Amd ryzen 5 1600
. Gtx 1050 ti
. 8gb ddr4
. Motherboard ASRock AB350 k4 am4 Atx
. 250 samsung ssd
. 650w corsair power supply
. 2tb hard drive
. Three front fans, one rear fan, and the (non working) rgb cooler master fan on top

I've tried plugging it in to other four pin connectors on the motherboard but it dosent seem to work. Ive since put a corsair fan on the radiator instead of the coolermaster one. Might be the motherboard but im not sure. Tried google to see if it would fix my problem but nothing really came up. I really need help with this.

Cheers

If you've put another fan on the same fan header and it works, then the Cooler Master one is dead and should be returned or RMAd. Also, a 120mm AIO cooler is a poor investment because it doesn't cooler any better than a decent air cooler. If you can get a refund, I recommend you do that and get a good air cooler or 240/280mm AIO if you insist on AIO cooling.

I would go with a 240 over a 280. Even though the surface area is slightly smaller, the fans themselves seem to work better. You can get aftermarket 140 fans that work well on radiators, but virtually any 120 seems to work.
