Yes there is liquid inside, it's not called a liquid cooler for giggles..

The chance of leaks is very small.

yes, i know it sounds silly... however it just doesn't look like there is liquid inside in pics

It's not actually water that's inside. It's kind of an coolant liquid. Although, it's still conductive nonetheless.

As for leaks, there is always a chance for it, but usually it will have happened during shipping so it would be all leaked out already inside the package.

They rarely start leaking during usage.

It's a closed liquid cooler, you are not supposed to open it.

How are some pictures of plastic and aluminum supposed to tell you if there is liquid in it or not? You don't have to see something for it actually to be there..

Of course. These things have a 5 year warranty, if anything is wrong with it within that period Corsair will replace your AIO.

Yes, they will refund anything tthat is not result of you yourself mishandling the package.
So if you notice there is leak (the package is wet/has water damage), don't open it and take a picture of it.

That thermal paste is useless. The cooler comes with it's own pre-applied + there is much better ones.
Otherwise yes, it looks nice. Of course, depending of price.
