I can't offer anything without more information. What's your current audio setup? Are you looking for speakers or are you open to heaadphones? Are you using this for gaming or music? What's your budget? Where are you buying from?

You help me, and I'll help you.

for gaming the z506 is fine. for music\movies i recommend the z906 much more powerful sub and better quality speakers

Agree the Z906 would be an upgrade, or you could start building a decent component audiophile starter surround system similar to this:

Onkyo TX-SR373 AVR[www.amazon.com] $200
Polk Audio T15[www.amazon.com] $140 ($70x2 pairs)
Polk Audio PSW10[www.amazon.com] $100
Polk Audio CS10[www.amazon.com] $100

Hmm, i didnt plan to spend so much on new setup ... I was hoping to get something under 300€ , and i pref to avoid Z906 ... I believe Z906 will sooner or later have identical problem as Z506

You could BYO a decent sounding component system, something like PIONEER S-11[www.amazon.de] with a Mivoc SW1100A sub[www.amazon.de] and to power them up consider 3 of these Nobsound NS-10G[www.amazon.de], each one would handle each output from your 5.1 sound card (one for L+R main, one for L+R surround, and one for center / sub) - total for it all is in budget.

I did something similar with spare auto speakers and amps running of a PC power supply, and it didn't sound half bad - although those mini-amps would sure have looked a lot cleaner.
