ShellExecuteEX failed; code 2 and files not found
I can't install anything on my pc this code 2 error always appears.
As if it wasn't enough, I can't uninstall things either. I get this ''files not found make sure you typed blah, blah, blah, correctly''. I can't install games, I can't uninstall games and I'm ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

The interwebz say it could have something to do with Microsoft.Net Framework 4 Client Profile if it affects Windows update. So it might be worth it following that lead, remove Microsoft.Net Framework 4 Client Profile and reinstall it.

If that doesn't solve the issue I would say either the OS is bricked or you might have a corrupted user account. (I based the user account claim on absolutely nothing)
