So I got a 2017 razer blade 14 gtx 1060...
So recently (today) I just got a razer blade 14 from a BestBuy liquidation auction. However, my problem is, is that i got this laptop for cheap, so because i only got the laptop for $1440 instead of $1990 brand new, the laptop came with no ac adapter or other accessories. Although I did test the laptop because it was already charged up before it left the facility (so atlast the laptop even works) Anyway lets get straight to my question: I dont want to pay $179 for an authentic razer blade ac adapter from amazon or ebay, so can I use a 65w or a 95w ac adapter for a temporary charger without the laptop being damaged?
Im asking if my laptop will get damaged using this low amount of wattage because the original charger has 165w.

Anyway, thanks in advance, pc.

If the charger doesnt provide the ACTUAL power requirements for not just the hardware but the battery as well

You could run into killing the battery quicker, or possibly even worse i suppose.
Or not enough power not being provided could cause performance issues at the LEAST

kind iffy either way you go
I suppose the main thing would be to try and find an AC adapter that fits the laptop and provides enough power, if you can find a 3rd party adapter that can do that i guess it might be ok..

But on the other hand
you already spent that much on a laptop, you may not want to push your luck with an adapter that isnt designed for that laptop
Like CJ above said, it could result in your battery dying quicker.
And charging while playing wouldn't be a choice as you would most likely use power faster than you can charge.

Charging would otherwise be much slower since there isn't enough power/amperes.
Of course, you need to make sure the voltage is same as the battery on the laptop.
if you try giving it too much voltage, it will surely die fast.

The lower wattage adapters won't be able to keep up with the power requirements to charge the battery if it starts sucking power. The voltage on the adapter may also drop to the point that it doesn't charge the battery. The adapter may also get overloaded and overcurrent-protect itself.
You should be able to find a power brick for it on eBay pretty cheap.
