Yes, it has. Although there is some limitations to it. For example, I kept getting wrong version of one game. SEA version instead of Global, in which my account was located.
BlueStacks is limited, but easy way to do it.
For "unlimited" but harder to do, the VirtualBox or something like that is better.

I prefer Nox. I don't know if they still do it, but bluestacks had obnoxious ads. All Nox does is show sponsored apps (though it does not actually download them unless you click)

That's for Microsoft crap. Enable Virtualization within your BIOS; then u can "VM" all you want on any modern Windows or Linux OS, period.
