I will never understand why people accepts that the only way that it can run well is with a ssd. If that's the only solution, I have to say that the W10 is crap.
OP: check with the task manager what the hell ia going on. Is you see high cpu or disk usage, there you have clue.
CPU- A8 7600
GPU- R7 240 (pretty crap since my mom picked that GPU not me)
RAM- 8GB single stick HyperX
MB- MSI A68HM-E33 BE
PSU- IDK (came with the Case sinceu mom said it is cheaper and I don't like it)
And yeah currently running Avast AV
Even task manager is not responding like WTF
You may have to wait until it opens...
Did you try to start the OS in safe mode?
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
sfc /scannow
It will then tell you if you have any corrupted windows files and whether its fixed it or not.
Another thing you can do is to clean your pc. I just cleared 7gb's of trash today so thats worth doing. One more thing is to check for windows update as often as possible. If you leave them pending your pc will get slower and slower. Hope this helped in some sort of way as i'm currently going through the same thing and these are some of the things i'm doing!
I have tried sfc /scannow but as the scan goes the "Microsoft Windows has stopped responding" appeared and then it restarted the whole system again.
You can also do a quick check of the SMART status of the drive with Software such as Crystal Disk Info.
You should also check the RAM for errors with Memtest86. Let it do at least 3 passes. If any errors are found the RAM is dead and the deffective module needs to be replaced/removed.
You could run "SFC /SCANNOW" from a CMD within the Windows 10 installer if you have to. Do a Google search on how-to for details, it's not as straight forward as running the command from within the OS itself.
If these tests show no errors and SFC doesn't fix the issues reintstall Windows.
Oh, thanks dude I'll do it when I feel like I want to turn on my PC again, because right now I'm not in the mood to do it.
Ok, now the root cause of this problem is when I updated my windows 10 to 1803 but it failed (IDK why) then after a few days it began to show these problems. I just wanted to use my PC again without any problems like before. Thanks for the help guys, I'm expecting to get more answers so that I can fix this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ PC.
