Why Nvidia havent announced gtx 1180 yet even after Lenovo announced it?

It has been 3 weeks since Lenovo announced GTX 1180 the next high end graphics card from nvidia. However even now, 3 weeks later nvidia havent announce it yet. Isnt it strange? Nvidia should had announced it the day lenovo announced it. What are they waiting for?

I'm not contradicting myself. The situation simply is like that. With high demand you could make more cards and possibly earn more but if the market crash you may also be stuck with them. Both may have happened.
Considering you don't seem to have a clue I'd say I've been keeping up way more than you've done.

As for exactly what will happen and when I don't know and the reason we don't know is likely because Nvidia don't want us to know yet. There's been so many leaks and data and rumors though.

If you've scaled production up a bit to meet demand and then demand drop by 40+% then you may have more GPUs and more produced cards than you want and then the release of the upcoming product may be pushed back some bit to help sell those cards and GPUs already produced.

If its anywhere close to a public announcement then not only does he know about it but most likely has known it about it for 6+ months. Nvidia would be working closely with any large hardware manufacturer wanting to use their flagship product in a prebuilt gaming computer. I guarantee they are in close contact with engineering samples making sure that these prebuilts accurately represent the performance and reliability that Nvidia wants for their customers.

was it realy fake that lenovo said that gtx 1180 coming soon? it was in all big sites about computers weeks ago on the news. It is first time nvidia havent released new graphics cards for 1 year and 4 months now(since march 2017 that 1080 ti released). This has never happend before. Why did it happend this time?

'coming soon' doesn't really mean much though, look at the 4k144 screens, they were coming soon for over a year.
There is no doubt Lenovo will have the proposed specs on the new cards and like everyone else will use them in their new line up,but none of that is happening until nvidia give the go ahead and everyone has had time to build the things.

Don't worry about all this rumor crap in the first place. If you NEED a GPU, prices have been good recently. If you just want for x reasons, wait it out.

Prices have more or less stabilized in the last couple months from what I've seen. If you want a solid deal I suggest buying straight from a manufacturer's website. I did that with EVGA and felt like I made out okay.
