[HELP] MSI Duke GTX 1080 fans not spinning?

It isn't plugged into anything yet, I was testing everything to make sure its fine.

But the 3 fans aren't spinning :/

Does it turn on once it hits a certain temp..? Or do I have to manually turn them on?

That's normal, they don't turn on until your videocard meets a certain temperature threshold.

The middle one should spin, but if they don't spin at all that's because the GPU is cooled. When the GPU gets hotter then the other two fans will start running.

Its in the PC but the PC is only plugged into the power, No monitors or anything yet

As already stated the fans will not spin up until the card reaches about 30c~40c.
