Malwarebytes on its own has pretty good virus removal capabilities but its always nice to be safe.

As a artist who draws often hentai, I need visit various hentai sites for sources and refrences which are full of annoying popup windows.
Otherwise only malwarebytes, windows defender and common sense of course. Didn't had a single virus/worm/malware since 5-6 years, only a few common pup files, which mostly can be removed by simply clearing the browser cache. And whats left, Malwarebytes takes care of.
