What, it says this when i boot up my pc, i shut it down and turn it on again and the message goes away...

Enter the BIOS (usually the key for that would be; DEL, F2, F10, or F12)
and check the Hardware Monitoring / Fan Profile settings

This warning usually is triggered by a failing fan or one that is very slow to spin up.

Hardware Monitoring though should show critical motherboard info;
such as Voltages, Fan RPMs, CPU/MB Temp (*C)...

Does it have this area?

Check and see what the RPM is after a "cold boot"
For example, shutdown the PC entirely, wait about 5-10 minutes, then power it on and quickly enter the BIOS and view the Fan RPMs and such... if the fan is below approx 500rpms, could be failing or simply starting slow, to which I would suggest replacing it with a suitable Case Fan of the same size dimensions and pin-out.
