You may be able to do medium, but your CPU is weaker than a Pentium, so don't expect much.

Will it fit? Depends on your case.
Running Fortnite on High settings? Not likely, more low to medium.

What about a 1050ti? I know that fits but what should I expect from that

Is there any other cpu that will fit in my case?

None that would actually be recommendable as all AMD APUs are absolute crap and the socket can't take anything else.

So do you think the 1050 is the best option until I get a new pc

At maxed you should see 31-35fps with a 1050ti with your CPU so I would think Med-High would be achivable.

The 7850k is a bit stronger than the fx6100 in singlecore perfomance but with a 1050 ti and this game you shouldn't see a CPU limitation.

So can I definitely fit a 1050ti in my pc?

Or will the 1050 be much different?

Will there be a dramatic difference if I get the 1050 instead?

I’d be worried about the PSU, the 1050 doesn’t use much, but that is still a really bad PSU.

Get a decent Power Supply; like a Gold Certified 550+ Watts
Something that would outlast the PC and be good enough for an upgrade or future build.

But for short term will the 1050 work in my pc without upgrading the psu

1050 Ti 4GB or lower ones that don't require over 75-watts TDP, shouldn't be of any issues.

Look at the full official specs page for the Graphics Card at-hand prior to purchase and ensure of the TDP Wattage (max wattage needed under full loads) and that the GPU in question does not require any extra power from any 6 and/or 8 pin power cables from the Power Supply.

Okay thanks for the help :)

Would the PNY GeForce 1050 2GB work?

2GB GPU is rather pointless today.
