We're talking about an RGB memory, CPU Cooler; either air or liquid, obviously graphics cards with RGB - and there are awful lot of them, LED strips in general, some cases also have RGB, case fans that are RGB, and there's one power supply that I'm familiar with that has RGB as well, but I'm not sure if it's a good quality.

So with that being said, it all comes down to your budget.

The budget? around 3 to 4K. Maybe 4.5

And what is your purpose/s - other than wanting a rainbow build? Gaming, productivity - combination of both?

Yup, both. Gonna be doing college work on there, plus try playing doom 2016 at the highest quality

By productivity I meant if it's going to be a workstation as well, or you're doing anything regarding editing, or other programs that require a lot of juice from your computer.

But if it's just gaming - along with college work, that I doubt requires a lot, you're basically hooked with a high-end gaming rig. Just let me know if that's where you're headed to.

Right on the money tbh. I dont really plan on doing a lot of editing, well, maybe for YT, but thats just about it

It's better to build your own.

yes, that build is pretty cool

That iBuypower pre-built is pretty low quality vs mine and doesn't have enough bling.

Corsair Pro is the latest AIO from Corsair, features bigger rad and RGB magnetic levitation fans which are very quiet and provide decent airflow/pressure as well as RGB. Majority of RGB fans are crap when it comes to performance but this is one of the best fans money can buy in terms of performance. Up there with Silent Wing and Noctua.

Thermatake Tough power RGB likewise is both very decent/great quality wise while slap on RGB lighting. There are cheaper PSU with RGB but much worse quality.

If you want you can swap for 1080 Ti ASUS ROG STRIX non OC model to save some $.

A 1TB SSD is recommended if you want to do production not just gaming. E.g editing 8K video. Hence the 32 GB RAM. Corsair Vengeance RGB are high quality.

Again, there are cheaper RGB alternative but I'm picking quality offering for you. Don't compromise quality for RGB.

If you aren't doing serious production then get 500Gb SSD and a HDD, 16Gb RAM.

For RGB RAM you want G.Skill Trident Z RGB... that is the ebst RAM with the best RGB feature.

If you go with LED fans of Corsair HD or LL series you also need the RGB Controller coming ind a dual or tripple set and the Corsair Commander Pro or Corsair Lighning Node to software controll it.

The Corsair Pro AIO has controller included and it's ML Pro RGB which is a class above HD or LL. Just released last month at CES.

If you want lower quality component, buy the iBuyPower. If you want higher quality, build yourself. They are mostly same specs wise.

I wouldn't go with less than 500gb SSD nowadays especially for a high end build.
