This is more a contest of luck also than anything else, and validation links would help :)
For me I've got my 7900x at 5GHz on 1.37v at around 80c.
I have to take pics of the bios for the voltage and ill upload them for some reason hwinfo only shows my voltage at 1.275 max
Never beleive me but i actually had 5.1 stable at 1.375 volts it crashed at 11 hours of aida64
Edit just passed intel's extreme utility benchmark at 1.30 volts 1375 score
120mm? what..that doesnt make any sense..if im at absolute load my 7700k @ 4.8 reaches 90 degrees. and i have a 240mm corsair h100i v2

Heres another benchmark with my max temps at 5ghz 1.32 on the core core 4 hit 85c. The others are 83, 81, and 82c i ran it a few times to make sure they werent fluke cold start temps that was test number 4.
you won the silicon lottery as far as im concerned. im using stock paste with the cooler and was running at 1.3 volts. but have you delidded your cpu?
