What games and what settings do you play at?

This is normal for a laptop, better get used to it.

That's an odd combination of high end CPU with a really low GPU, but laptops get hot and noisy, even the very expensive ones do,it's a result of the very limited space they have to fit in the cooling, so the best option open to them is high rpm blower fans, which, while are actually pretty darn effective, have never been congratulated on how quiet they remain any time they are used.

Perfectly normal for gaming laptops, some brands (MSI/Clevo) tend to be even louder. Expect a constant 45-55dB noise level under maximum load.

A cooling pad wouldn't hurt, just don't expect miracles.

Where headphones when gaming then, cause there is nothing you can do to help the sound, sadly.

The reason im worried is because when i play games with my friends, they always complain about my laotop fans being loud. I do think this is normal tho, idk if it is because my headphone sucks or something
