If you have already installed and activated windows 10 on the machine in the past, just burn a copy of the most recent ISO rip from micrsofts website (you can get it direct) and install windows 10.
No need for 8.1 at all.
10 will authenticate just fine.
Alternativly, if you have a spare PC to toss both drives into, grab some imaaging software like Acronis Tur Image or the likes and just image your whole OS onto the SSD from the HDD and no re-install of the OS or programs will be needed.
A SSD/HDD that has Windows install will boot into the os that was install, not the iso you want to use, which that's how it works with Windows.
Short answer: Get usb thumb drive 4gb+, or burn iso to a blank dvd.
Use the "Download Tool now" button.
Follow prompts.
If using a thumb drive its easy going.
If burning to disc, you need a DVD, the tool will download an ISO, and you can right click and burn to disc using windows built in ISO burner. Have it verify the disc at end.
however, microsoft always provide direct download link for the latest available stable build to all via https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10.
You must purchase Win10 if you have not already done the upgrade on your existing Win7/8 in order to upgrade that key/license to Win10, as the free upgrade period officially ended fully on Jan 16th 2018
What sense would putting the ISO on OneDrive have? NONE
OneDrive won't allow for a file that large, unless you pay for Premium.
Since you can't access it outside of an OS, how would you install it?
Create bootable USB Flash Drive (8GB minimum) with Win10 1709 64bit ISO + RUFUS
