If you are not familiar with installing firmware on a router you can break your router.
He has an Asus router, so no reason to use a Asuswrt-Merlin port, as it can run it natively.
The OP originally made another thread, where he asked about Asuswrt-Merlin vs DD-WRT. He never responded on the thread. Thread abandonment or lack of understanding how Steam Discussions work, regardless, I doubt he'll respond on this one, either.
