Edit: I am at max performance Non-turbo and i disabled speedstep
'Try doing this manually. Switch off AI Overclocker completely, apps like that rarely do a good job. Go down to CPU Multiplier and enforce the ratio you want.
Edit: Someone was just talking about disabling AI Overclocker but I don't know what it is
And im not sure that setup can handle the overclock you want, just by doing CPU-Z your temp is at 53C
so what cooler are you using?
Open your own screenshot. See the green bar? With AI Overclock Tuner written on it? Click that, switch it off or reset it to factory.
Then scroll down and manually overclock the CPU. Set the Core Multiplier to whatever you want, then take manual control of the Voltage and set it to something reasonable and conservative. Adjust it down over multiple boots until the PC loses voltage stability(starts bluescreening at extreme CPU load) and then nudge it back up slightly.
Set CPU/OC to Manual; to OC adjust the Multiplier and VCore
Set DRAM = XMP Enabled
Disable SpeedStep and Turbo
These are all the very basics to OC any Intel CPU in the BIOS.
Never do any of these things with regards to OC'ing a CPU via OS Software.
