I Think i might just go with ol' red/Black although it is very un-original
You could go for green, and black build. Dark rock Pro is a good idea, since it has black fans.

Green case
----
you additonally can use green and black cable mods (single sleeves), green fans etc. you can mod and paint or use rgeen vinyl to color your case green besides water cooling.
---
if you really want to water cool then you should read into it how to build a custom loop, maintain the loop and what it requires. If you would do that, you also know that leaking isnt really an issue unless you cant build a proper loop in which case you shouldnt water cool anyways.
About your temps. I reached max 79-80C in P95 with a 7700K at 1.415V with 5.3GHz on a Noctua NH-D15. So water cooling gives you better temps but below HEDTS like an i9 with insane OC'ing like Monk did there is no need to do it anyways.
Not saying that i Care, nor do i Say that i dont, but doesnt that void warranty? Even though the chances of a gpu failing is probs like 1:500 000

Failure to do so and having a leak in the loop would likely be your own fault and not covered by warranty or insurance.
You can use Plasti Dip you can peel it right off, and they won't know about it being painted, as long you did a good neat job, and not half a$$ it. ALSO what ever you do, do not, and I really mean it, don't mix the paint to change the colours, stick to what came in the can as one single colour, go to Home Depot, or order online for the colour you're looking for, but do no mix, and change colours, as that's not good idea to be doing. If you want to do art design, wait until the 1st colour is complately dry, then do your art design on top of it, or tape out the work before painting the area.

thanks very much to both of you! Even though i might just make a red/black build now, i know that plastidip is an option :)
